Stained Glass Copperfoil Panel - NEW!

Explore the processes involved in making a stained glass panel. You will have several patterns to choose from to learn the basics. Patterns will be used to cut the glass. Learn to use glass cutters and grinders to shape the glass. Copperfoil is a thin copper strip that is stuck on all edges of the glass and you will learn to use a soldering iron to apply solder to hold the pieces together. Skill level from beginner to intermediate. Approximate project size 10 in. x 12 in. All tools and supplies provided. Class fee: $115.

Bring to Class:
  • Please wear clothing with a smooth hard finished surface, like denim or t-shirt knit. Glass chips will stick in sweaters, fleece or lace.
  • Best to wear shirts a high neckline
  • Shoes should not have open toes, or open tops (like a slip-on), also leather is better than a mesh that would catch glass chips.
  • Please feel free to bring drinks, snacks or your lunch.
